My friends and I went to Pasadena for Memorial day weekend and

learned about fault injections
held a Qualcomm employee hostage
exploited a #meshtastic vulnerability to ban or get banned for saying "bee"
enjoyed diluted, minty lemonade at the Hilton Hotel.

As a part of the stay, we also got fancy continential breakfast and event dinner, and I probably won't eat nearly as well for the rest of the year. Ethical #hackers love #Meshtastic, but demonstrated how easy it is to knock nodes offline by spamming the #beemovie script at the #LayerOne conference.

This attack is stupid simple, but without a real defense against it, users should never rely on Meshtasic for anything life-critical.
