My entire back is seized up today from...??? #Late30s

Apparently all the painting, cleaning, gaming, and moving of things is getting to me. My ulnar nerve started screaming today and it was quite a relief when my spouse got home with a new wrist brace for me. The pain is significantly decreased. Ugh, getting old is silly.
