Rewatching Land of Leadale and it holds up.

As someone who usually prefers to focus on the common Writers of shows I like over common Directors, I do sense how this having the same director as season 1 of In Another World With My Smartphone explains how well executed it is.

It probably is the easier of these two shows to convince a typical Isekai dismisser to give a shot, since it has a Female Protagonist and no Harem or Fan Service.
