It pushes them out of their comfort zones, but allows them to lean on the distribution of capabilities across the group, and gives them a chance to push their skills in areas that might be useful in the workplace in future. #LTHEchat
We tell them the group they’re going into and give them the task. This is ‘like work’ (so we’re trying to give them some employability skills), but choice of output helps with motivation. They can choose a video, a podcast, a poster (with presentation), or some else of their choosing. #LTHEchat
