The main problem I have with Hands Off: Sawaranaide Kotesashi-kun is that, although the episodes are only 12 minutes long, they're essentially 24-minute episodes split in two. That means half of the episodes have no ecchi content.

Like many other recent ecchi anime, Hands Off: Sawaranaide Kotesashi-kun features 12-minute episodes instead of the usual 24. I think this is the optimal length for ecchi anime episodes so they don't overstay their welcome.
