King and Conqueror (2025)

Miniserie sobre Harold Godwinson de Wessex y William de Normandía. Si sabéis un mínimo de historia, conocer los nombres de reyes del siglo XI es un spoiler de lo que va a pasar en la serie.

Está bastante bien, al parecer se inventa muchas cosas pero deja una trama clara y concisa que en 8 episodios cuenta una parte poco explorada de la historia de Inglaterra.

WTF is this garbled gibberish in King & Conqueror?
- Godwin's daughter who married King Edward was Edith, not Gunnhild
- Morcar was earl of Northumbria, not Mercia. Leofric was earl of Mercia
- who is this "Æthel" who is meant to be Emma's son? Do they mean Alfred, the Ætheling?
- Far from Edward stripping Godwin of his lands when he became king, he added Kent to them #kingandconqueror
