A 21-YEAR-OLD woman has been arrested in connection with damage to US president Donald Trump’s Turnberry golf course.Police were called to the course on Maidens Road, Turnberry, South Ayrshire, at around 4.40am on March 8.Activists targeted Trump’s golf course in protest over the US president’s position on Gaza, which he said he plans to “take over” and “own it”, in what is a clear example of ethnic cleansing.Red paint had been sprayed on the clubhouse at the 800-acre resort and damage was also caused to the greens.READ MORE: Michael Gove to receive peerage in Rishi Sunak’s resignation honoursThe woman was arrested in Liverpool
