Brain StewThis was at the weekend, and still not heard from sober butterfly higher ups. I know it’s tricky for them. I’ve got proof that a newbie has joined in, and condoned bullying behaviour towards me. But this person could be needing support in their sobriety.
For me, it’s easy, I will just step away, as I wouldn’t feel safe going anywhere where with 2 of the newbies. And the thought that more might join from the terf group is not filling me with confidence. And if Sian (I know she’s sober) figures out it’s me, probably would come just to fuck with me.
But I don’t want them to not address it in some way. I don’t want bullies to be in that position, potentially with other very vulnerable people.
Now one of the newbies from the terf group is organising meet ups with other members.
I have found a local queer sober group, so I have something if I want to try again.
