"Gaetz is a buffoon. ... Can he wander around firing everyone? Yes. Does he understand how the Department of Justice works in a way that would allow him to maximize its potential for abuse? No. Is he smart enough to figure it out? Also no. Is he charismatic enough to persuade insiders to help him use it effectively? Very much no. Gaetz as Attorney General will do petty, flamboyant, stupid things in clumsy ways."

This episode of Serious Trouble is interesting.
I had heard about Elon Musk's lawsuit against the advertisers, and I *almost* posted something at the time harping on the First Amendment to argue that the lawsuit was bullshit, but I stopped myself.
I think I was right to stop myself. It is more a matter of antitrust law than a matter of First Amendment. I'm definitely not as knowledgeable about antitrust law as I am about the First Amendment.
However, the lawsuit is still bullshit. Ken White explains it well in this episode.

Elon Musk doesn't get his preferred judge for an antitrust claim against his critics; Musk and Trump did not violate the NLRA on their Twitter chat; various things are not defamation.
The Paradox of Tolerance vis à vis freedom of expression
Just as we can’t effectively fight intolerance with tolerance, we can’t effectively fight bad speech with more speech.
