Comment:
People (homeless; political/economic/climate refugees; ...) have a right to liberty, security, opportunity.
A Canadian, I lived in North Carolina for 7.5 years.
Immigrants I observed (some of whom presumably there "illegally") were uniformly hardworking (construction; road building; ...) under poor conditions evident by absence of non-whites.
Deporting millions would cripple that country.
