In 2024, over 40% of the world's electricity came from renewable sources.
Solar power outputs are doubling every 3 years.
At this rate, globally, and allowing for the fact that electricity demand will increase due to the switchover from fossil fuel use, all electricity will come from renewable sources by 2040, if not sooner.
This is all happening despite of Donald Trump, who has no control over any of this. He is an economic minnow. Let him push his little levers with his little hands.

Thank You Dr Auken. It is a long road back for the U.K. to rejoin the E.U. Here in the U.K. we can't wait to get started back down that road, and that will happen the second we get the Tory government out of power.
