I'm ahead of one of Monty's #JobsForTheWeekend on #GardenersWorld as I've been chitting spuds for a month. First 10 tubers went into containers in the polytunnel at the hospital garden this morning.

This started with ONE dahlia tuber in 2017.
And here we are with a full day project

A relaxing and informative #GardenersWorld episode. My #jobsfortheweekend: keep on dividing perennials, cleaning glasshouse windows, some pruning, adding leaves to the leaf mold heap. How about you?
My neighbour gave me wall flower seedlings earlier this year. I was planning to plant them out early spring. Thanks to #GardenersWorld, I now have one of my #jobsfortheweekend!
Sorry, I don't like pears. Yes, I'll feed the Agapanthus this weekend. Thanks for reminding me! I don't have the time to propagate house leeks. #jobsfortheweekend #GardenersWorld
Let's see what the #jobsfortheweekend look like #GardenersWorld
I've just returned from 2 weeks abroad and have a lot of catching up to do in the garden this weekend. How about you? #jobsfortheweekend #GardenersWorld
My #jobsfortheweekend: harvesting as much as possible, and preparing it in the kitchen. Collecting seeds. Pruning plants back, deadheading. Leaving a note or two for the lovely neighbour who'll take care of our pets and plants next week. #GardenersWorld

Hello #Gardening in #NewEngland
50° F weather here in #Zone7
First day of garden chores done
Pruned 3 roses closest to house
Warmest spot in the garden
Can feel it in my knees.
And wee spot in lower back
Birds singing the whole time!

Here is a picture of baby kale seedlings
