Back to the bit of #wednesday that is #Jinday

I had lots of mushrooms leftover from work, but I also had prawns from my Meal kit ( it was supposed to be skewers with fries & salad) ( potatoes will keep...)

I found out Jjamppong is more or less mushrooms & seafood stew over udon noodles - so I made a prawn only seafood version. #Korean As daughter doesn't like prawns I'd have never made this when she was at home. This version was ok, I didn't make it too spicy.
