French actor Jean Lescot (born Jean Wajsbrot) worked across theatre, cinema and voice dubbing, bringing a discreet but enduring presence to French performance culture.
Born in Paris, he died in Paris at 76. He is buried at Cimetière parisien de Bagneux.
