Iranians are not just protesting en masse, they're organising. Thirty or so grassroots groups from around Iran are cooperating as the #NeighbourhoodYouthAllianceOfIran [1] and have published a detailed manifesto calling for overthrowing the Islamic Republic and replacing it by a secular republic [2].
