Harris County Precinct 4 receives $2 million federal grant to plan ‘cap park’ along Katy Freeway
The Katy Freeway is the widest in the nation, according to Precinct 4. The freeway currently separates several neighborhoods, including the Heights, Memorial Heights, Crestwood, Glen Cove, Cottage Grove, the Washington Avenue Coalition and Rice Military.
