Judith@Walkaholic @CloudsGoBy When we first got wheelie bins - in the days when people just had one bin - they were green. This was in line with Wirral's corporate branding, eg "Wirral - A pleasant place to grow" and "Wirral - The Leisure Peninsula". When recycling became a thing, we got grey bins. Garden waste goes in brown bins.
