MikeThink I have slightly more sympathy for tourists in London using the Tube after having to navigate the monorail (excited squeek) and train/metro from the airport with three interchanges. Tbh the most stressful part was buying the ticket.
Observations on Tokyo metro/trains:
- Platform edge barriers
- They play a tune that effectively counts down to departure (if you know tune)
- Which carriages in isn't secret commuter law - they have posters!
- No walking on escalators
