It's easy to forget that #InfamousConduct is whatever #Congress decides it is and that Congress has the capacity to boot Trump, & every other impeachable traitor, from office.
Trump and the rest continue to weaken the US because the #GOP remain #Complicit in the destruction.
I like the idea.
I'm interested in how the mechanisms would work.
AIUI the Americans have system in which #InfamousConduct is enough to get the pres or a judge impeached and removed.
If their Reps and Senators decide that deliberate lying is #InfamousConduct, which they could decide then they could impeach and convict and remove for lying.
Problem with that system is any minority Congressperson can be removed. Or all the minority.
