Still trying to find more about the advertising agency D.J. Keymer & Co, and went looking this time in Anand Halve and Anita Sarkar’s “Adkatha: The Story of Indian Advertising” and sadly found only cursory information.

This book tends to be quite uneven and I am routinely disappointed when I go looking for anything specific, but this Wednesday has been made brighter by ads from the years at the cusp of India’s independence.
