Aren't all #TimeTravel stories really about the limitations of human knowledge? (Epistemic knowledge, at least.)

(Btw, I've never really liked the term #SciFi, bc it's not primarily the _science_ that's interesting in "Sci-fi" but the real world phenomena that are portrayed. One might say this genre term is a case of the "epistemic fallacy", ie conflating knowledge w/ what actually exists - which is how many people use the term "science".)

One of the features of online communities of the 2000s, was the ability to have a #diary, which you could also follow. In reality, such a "diary" entry could be a lot of different things, besides an actual diary entry - eg a piece of #poetry or an #article.

I really miss that, and am not entirely happy about having to express myself publicly only in the form of toots/posts. Form and content affect one another, you know.
