Soft Serve Virtual ImageWriter printer now works with the MacPalette II ImageWriter driver for color prints.
Additionally, thanks to the GSport IIgs emulator and @greg, there's now a CLI ImageWriter II renderer that supports color as well!

I'm amazed at how fast it prints to Soft Serve. A single page document in SimpleText at Best quality in under 5 seconds! PDF available a second after that.

More progress! A Mac now happily sends ImageWriter II print data successfully to my terrible Python script.
Cobbling the output together with the "iwem" PostScript ImageWriter emulator, I'm getting something that roughly resembles the original!
