To permute to iterate until exhaustion or until satiation to recombine, existing in relation to others existing in relation to other things things that are inside and outside although things don't exist if everything possesses consciousness and I know that everything in this world possesses consciousness even if it's fainter, quieter, or more static like that of stones, pieces of concrete, organs, or internal tissues. I must learn to be in proper relationship, I tell myself while I isolate myself more and more from the rest while it becomes increasingly difficult for me to be with others but I know I am never alone, and I practice encountering the intangible through the small, fractured, and exiled inhabitants that I now dedicate myself to collecting small, abandoned, and deteriorated souls wounded animals that have lost their purpose, mutilated fragments in search of a new wholeness. I too declare myself a vestige because I have lost my original function I accept myself as rubble, because the world I have known is falling apart and I am left adrift emptied of meaning, detached waiting for the invisible, from the potential of that inner void, to carry me to new places to be part of new sets and combinations to find new tensions and contrasts new proximities and harmonies new structures that sustain radically different ways of being and existing. Because what is magic if not the art of connection the art of unveiling and establishing new and unexpected relationships the only art we can afford to practice from now on.
