In an episode from last month, the If Books Could Kill podcast tears apart Men Are From Mars Women Are From Venus. They are very entertaining about it.
This episode of If Books Could Kill skewers The Population Bomb, a popular book from the sixties by Paul Ehrlich that espoused ecofascism from the left. Not surprisingly, the dude was radicalized in the Sierra Club. Anyway, the episode lays out why population control arguments are wrong in an entertaining manner.
Can't sleep because I'm running a fever, so i listened to three episodes of If Books Could Kill, the new podcast from Michael Hobbes (and Peter Shamshiri). Basically, they take popular airport books and shred them.
They've done a David Brooks a Malcolm Gladwell and Freakonomics so far.
