I've seen the 2024 Bollocs presentation at #ITSNow, and am glad that there is now a paper to go with the claims.

@EngelbertDejaco @leyrer Nicht 'mal. Auf der #ITSNow war letztens ein Vortrag aus dem Umfeld ("Own your digital self", Videos noch nicht online, kommen auf <https://its-now.science/?review#2024>). Länder können durchaus dem Anwender mehr Kontrolle geben (selbst, oh, den Schlüssel, mit dem sie unterschreiben!), ist nur eine nationale Entscheidung, was zugelassen wird.
