@jon The #LEMA locomotives are really great. I've hopped inside one at the #EuropeanMobilityWeek this weekend here in Bucharest and I have to say I am impressed*. The door of the cabin was wide open, but the temperature inside surprisingly bearable (the weather was still a bit hot, albeit not that hot as in mid summer), and there were all sorts of amenities. They even had a microwave oven and a fridge inside, as well as an autopilot function. In addition, they had all sorts of electronics, compatibility with the #INDUSI system, as well as #ETCS, and outside there were downward facing lights, probably helpful in checking the wheels, but they also give a more modern look of the locomotive overall.
LEMA is a truly impressive and probably underrated #locomotive, perfectly suited for the challenges of today.
Edit: linked the wrong video. Here is the right one

* Theoretically it is a modernized EA locomotive that CFR Călători had in service, but technically everything has been replaced with #LEMA (Transmontana) equipment.
