Another of our bird monitoring programs is the Integrated Monitoring of Bird Conservation Regions program, #IMBCR for short. This point count program is run by Bird Conservancy of the Rockies, based on a broad partnership of organizations surveying from the Dakotas to California, & Canada to Mexico!

Our 2024 Arizona pinyon-juniper IMBCR point count crew is getting started! This is a small but mighty project with a crew of two. This year we have Haley, returning for her fourth year of IMBCR surveys with us and third year on this project; and Grant, a Flagstaff birder excited to get into point counts. Both are coming off our Arizona pinyon jay crew. Welcome Haley and Grant!
