Oh noooooo

I'm in line for Gideon's Bakehouse and a young girl in line behind me is trying to explain #ILY4ever dolls to her dad

But she's identifying the V2 Tiana fan as "Jasmine dressed as Tiana" and the Elsa fan as "Tiana dressed as Elsa"

I'm pretty sure the whole point of this toy line is to reinforce the idea that Disney Bounding and cosplay is for everyone and your ethnicity doesn't determine which Princess or character you get to be

I took some photos of #ILY4ever Snow White I (medium skintone, curly hair in an up-do) and Snow White II (pale skintone, long straight hair). I also dressed Snow White I in her separately-sold blue top with yellow skirt, which I prefer to her default fashion.

Either way, they look like two friends who agreed to do a Snow White Disneybound for their next trip to the parks, only to discover that they were less match-y than expected.

#ILY4ever Snow White II kind of shakes up my policy of trying to refer to the dolls as "[character] Fan". I don't have an ILY4EVER Jasmine so I can't tell whether she's the same doll, but I did take some pics with Snow White I.

The new series seems to be themed to visiting the parks after dark. The ear headbands have glow-in-the-dark elements, the "balloon" has a night sky background, and I feel like the make-up is a little more dramatic.

Just when I was starting to worry that the Disney Store inset eyes/double-joints #ILY4ever dolls were discontinued, a whole new wave dropped! The theme seems to be night-time spectaculars, with glow-in-the-dark ear bands and dark blue night sky backgrounds on the "balloons". The dolls also have colourful streaks in their hair, and the female dolls have gold face paint representing their fave characters!

Some of the dolls are bounding as different characters. Love it!

#DecemberDollyDays Day 15: #ILY4EVER Mad Tea Party fashion pack... Which honestly, between the flower garden pattern on the jacket and the boots, could easily double as a general Alice in Wonderland fashion pack. Maybe the Mad Tea Party and also the Alice's Adventures attraction?

I don't always ride the tea cups, but I'm always happy to hop on if the wait isn't too long.

#DecemberDollyDays Day 14: #ILY4EVER Beast (from Beauty and the Beast) fashion pack!

This outfit has some great details. The leather jacket and jeans are distressed, with slashes reminiscent of the Beast slashing the portrait of himself as a human. There is a patch with a rose on it. His satchel has fur on it. My only complaint is that his toes and fingers get caught in the slashed bits, so you have to be careful when dressing him.

#DecemberDollyDays Day 13: #ILY4EVER Doctor Facilier!
Two observations about this fashion:
1. When it was released, I was confused by the doll modeling the outfit. Was that the Aladdin Fan with a new hair cut? A custom doll? An unreleased Miguel from Coco?
Alas for a lack of new characters. As far as I can tell, it's from the 2023 Holiday Gift Set.
2. I cannot imagine Doctor Facilier on a basketball court. They should definitely make a Gym Rat Gaston fashion pack, though.

#DecemberDollyDays Day 12: This #ILY4EVER outfit is officially inspired by Aurora, the princess from Disney's Sleeping Beauty. And there are definitely some cute nods to the film, like the "leather" jacket switching from pink to blue just like her dress.

But the tickets for the fictitious Dragons and Roses concert — not to mention the dragon on her shirt, the flame and thorn imagery on her concert bag, and the dragonscale boots — makes this feel like a stealth Maleficent fashion set.
