Does anyone in #pdx have experience\recommendations for an education or employment law attorney.

My daughter works in Special Education. A kid she works with was sent to school with a hidden transmitter. The mother is threatening a claim for a corporal punishment violation. It was nothing more than grabbing the kid by the wrist and pulling them off another kid. The district is not clear about how much support they will give my daughter. Neither has the union offered representation, yet.

I think she needs independent counsel. Anyone have any recommendations?

EDIT: Finally talked to an attorney. Not only is the recording inadmissible, it's illegal. The mother can be sued for damages and legal fees. Game over, man.
