Unknown species, new sighting 2023 in UK garden.

This little caterpillar is about 2cm long. It developed inside a healthy plum fruit and then emerged almost colourless, before turning slightly pink, once the plum started to discolour / start going over.

If anyone can ID this species it would be very helpful, thanks in advance.

Also taken in early July, UK. I believe this is a moth caterpillar, but if anyone can ID would love to hear. Only ever seen on one of my various rose varieties. This is the second consecutive year I have noticed it.
