#Sundaylunch pork from Magners Farm in #Tipperary. Roasted with Highbank Orchard's apple treacle, on windfalls from the garden, Drummond House heritage garlic cloves + The Apple Farm's apple juice. Blitzed all the juices for the best GF gravy.

The pigs at Magner's Farm - who live outdoors and have the opportunity to root, dig and forage for apples - are part of a regenerative farming system, which improves the health of the soil for other livestock. Also, SO delicious.
