I think Yin Yu should be so used to walking in on Hualian that when they start things in the same room as him, he just continues doing paperwork.
Hualian are doing this on purpose. It's like putting a cat in the bathroom so they get used to your other pets. Eventually, they'll start giving him little kisses to say hi.
