
Houston to see ‘blood moon’ lunar eclipse, unless clouds intervene
According to NASA, Houston-area residents could begin to see the moon’s transformation around 12:47 a.m. Friday until 3:10 a.m., with the totality of the eclipse occurring between 1:26-2:31 a.m.

Houston science museum sending hundreds of solar eclipse kits to school districts across Texas
Funded by the most infamous gas station chain in Texas, the Houston Museum of Natural Science launched an initiative to send solar eclipse educational tools like lesson plans, classroom activities, virtual programs and educator training materials to participating districts around Texas free of charge.
