We have three 200+MiB PDFs from the City planning office that reflect one of the major changes made, but are definitely not as-built as they completely misrepresent the penthouse units (which pivoted from duplexes to triplexes) and several aspects of the lowest level and mechanical layouts.

#HolyHOA

One of the biggest pains in the ass with this building has just been getting the actual as-built building drawings. To this day I don't have a proper set of as-builts, but boy do I have a million different revisions of stuff!

Planning / construction spanned over 4 years with a number of substantial revisions for a variety of reasons, so there's a lot of change between a lot of these versions. It blows my mind that a true as-built plan set is not required for the Cert of Occupancy.

Time for a new series: #HolyHOA !

I live in a converted church, which was built in 1849 and is now 63 condos (conversion "completed" around 2021). I have since learned that these conversions are ... somewhat cursed, in general.

I'm on the board of trustees, and I'm effectively the building superintendent as well. You may have seen me posting about the various pains here before, but I figured if I'm going to post more about them, I needed a catch hashtag - and thus, #HolyHOA !
