Me: Tell me I can't start three different costume projects before ren fest. One of them would include stays.
Also Me: Ok. I had a funny idea so I definitely just ordered fabric at $3/yard from Joanns for renfest.(yes this outfit includes stays but I'm using the inaccurate Simplicity pattern)

My toxic trait is starting a new sewing project before finishing the current one. Every time I take time off, my brain wants to make a new pair of stays. Still need to finish the buckles on my #1780sLoki costume and I'm planning a Westley/Man In Black/Dread Pirate Roberts outfit for my birthday in January so I need a black tunic...... But this Augusta Stays pattern is just so ~exciting~ so I've now printed, traced, and cut out all the pieces.
