I'm increasingly frustrated with Highmark. For 5 years I have made payments in the same way (bill pay) using the same bank with the same exact profile with only a single payment a couple years ago not being credited correctly (but quickly resolved). Two months ago they canceled my policy for non-payment and, even with documentation, I fought with 3 different agents before they was corrected and they reinstated my policy. Last week I logged on to their billing site to confirm that last months payment was credited properly and the system said I had no balance due... Great! I sent my payment for next month and now today I get a bill showing I owe 2 months again. How did I owe nothing last week and now owe for 2 months?!

Health care in the US is so broken and in ways that people can't even imagine. This company is cashing checks without crediting them to anyone.
