‎The Head of the High Council of State, Mohammed Takala, welcomed the ruling of the South Tripoli Court of Appeal, which ruled to invalidate the membership of Abdel Salam Ghuwaila from the date of his assumption of the position of Minister of Sports in the parallel government. Takala confirmed during a press conference that this ruling entails the invalidity of the voting session for the presidency of the council, as Ghuwaila was one of the voters in the session.
