Signed up for the final round of #HeavyDropTraining. This provides 3 workouts per week plus a care package and timed cardio session plus a quarter mile of death. Thus opening the opportunity to do more cardio.

All was working out quite well until the weekend where the poor sleep quality has hindered the recovery from doing multi-hour workouts. Thus had to take a recovery day on Sunday.
