Today I replicated a very mechanically simple heat engine design that I'd seen demonstrated on a YouTube Channel. The desig uses a diaphragm, steam evaporation and condensation, and a thermal mass regenerator.

This was the first engine prototype I've ever been able to actually get running, which is an exciting milestone in my tinkering!

If I make another iteration, I'll use an actual sealing solution that's not electrical tape!
