Can anyone tell me what actually constitutes as an emergency for GP Practice?

"Dear Mr someone, Due to GP shortages the Blue Wing Medical Practice can only offer an emergency service tomorrow (Tuesday 23.04.24). Please consider using the other available services for non urgent advice, for eg NHS Inform, local Pharmacies etc."
