Realized that people aren't commenting on my humorous #hashtags because many clients now de-emphasize or even hide them.

That's a pity. #HashtagsAreLiterature. I mean it!!!

A #hashtag is far, far more than a throwaway bit of metadata at the end of a toot for discoverability. It can be just that at times, but they can be far more.

Its time to being back #HashtagPoetry! Usher in a new #HashtagRennaissance!!
