Judge Kelli Johnson of Harris County arrested and charged with DWI
Johnson, a 52-year-old Democrat who is seeking a third term in the 178th Criminal Court, previously was pulled over in April on suspicion of drunk driving. She also took a personal leave of absence from the bench earlier this year.
