Lewis G. Burton è un rinomat dj, performer e attivist in prima linea nella scena
underground e queer di Londra, all’interno della quale ha accolto e cresciuto la
nuova generazione di rivoluzionari trans, queer techno-gotici , club kids e drag
queens soprattutto attraverso il suo famigerato party Inferno, pensato come casa
per tutte le identità queer e non conformi. Come ampliamento del party, Burton
cura anche un seminario annuale, Inferno Summit, che ha ottenuto il sostegno
dell’Institute Of Contemporary Art di Londra, il quale ha anche pubblicato un
libro di ritratti degli habitué del party.
