Hillcrest residents ask City of Whitehorse to clear snow from local paved trails
Three delegates came to Whitehorse city council’s meeting on Monday, saying that cyclists and people on foot use the Hamilton Boulevard and Elijah Smith trails year-round to get to and from school, work or other parts of the city.
