So I ask you:
1. #HEA1965 gives #POTUS the authority to cancel fed stud. debt immediately. This option stands and circumvents courts.
2. #Biden knew #TFG had appointed judges who could stop it.
3. The $10k is already means tested (applications req'd).
4. The current EO is under COVID authority, not Education (from 1).
