This morning I presented HB 1042; which if passed, would be the most comprehensive crypto policy implementation Indiana has taken to date.
This bill:
☑️Modernizes state investment options.
☑️Protects consumer choice.
☑️Prevents overreach from both state and local

#HB1042 would require cities to allow additional housing units to be created in existing buildings (inside multifamily zones) without requiring additional parking or imposing additional hoops to jump through.
