Happy #StPatricksDay! It's been a gorgeous weekend and I've been enjoying a variety of #StPaddys themed Irish styled beers, including the classic #GuinnessStout, along with brews from #VanguardBrewing, #SullivanBrewing, and #McMenamins. Those Guinness Rich Chili chips are really good, too. Slainte!

Not a traditional St. Patrick’s Day lunch in ANY cuisine, but a Limburger and sauerkraut sandwich washed down with a Guinness is ALWAYS good eatin’.
