Well, I took the plunge and have done it, deactivated my  account and uninstalled the app from my devices. It's Mastodon alone for me now!
...although I have 30 days to reconsider...
...but of course I won't...

So, das wars - hab' meinen Twitter Account unter Schmerzen deaktiviert. Wenn ich aber auf die letzten Reste von gefolgten Accounts warte, wird das nie was ... ich fühl' mich auch gleich viel freier und die Schmerzen klingen schon ab :-)
