Just watched #Godzilla #GodzillaMinusOne #GodzillaMinusOne2023.

#Toho batted it out of the damn park!

Though an entirely different movie, it's every bit as astonishing as Shin Godzilla.

It is a gorgeous piece of cinema, with a love story of sorts foregrounded. It's a period piece set in roughly 1947. It's also a fantastically good looking movie.

No great Godzilla expertise necessary, but it is in Japanese with subtitles.
