Steve Hill 🏴🇪🇺#GoOutdoor's warranty appears to be worthless. Bought a #tent in the end of season sale last year - £400 discounted to £127, so quite a bargain. Came with a "returns policy" card saying that faulty items returned after 28 days will be repaired. It has developed a fault, so took it back to the store. They basically told me to feck off, they don't do repairs (they offered to knock £127 off another £400 tent), and to contact the customer services email address on my receipt.
